概要とガイドライン

1) 目的:

授業科目(脳神経情報生物学)に関連する分野の研究に関する最近のトピックスの紹介。
セミナー形式のプレゼンテーションのトレーニング。

2) 発表形式:

PowerPoint を用いてプレゼンテーションを行う。 持ち時間は質疑応答時間を含め45分とする(例:発表30~35分,質疑応答10~15分)

3) 論文の選択とプレゼンテーションの準備:

論文の選択にあたっては,授業科目に関連する分野から,多くの人が興味を持ちそうな話題で比較的最近のものを選ぶこと。関連する複数の論文を紹介することも可(推奨)。専門外の人にも理解できるよう,イントロダクション,話の構成などにも留意すること。

4) 注意事項:

やむを得ない事情により当初の日程で発表できない場合は,個人的に他の人と交渉して入れ替わり,新しい日程を中谷まで連絡してください。
紹介予定の主論文のタイトル,著者名,ジャーナル名,年号,およびページを,担当日の1週間前までに中谷までe-mailで連絡すること(nakatani<AT>biol.tsukuba.ac.jp)。

5) 成績評価について:

履修申請をしている大学院生は下記のガイドラインに従って成績をつけます。生物学類生の専門語学の成績は各指導教員によりますが,このガイドラインを基準にします。

<1> 生物科学専攻で開講する「脳神経生物学セミナー」は,I,II,III の区分があり,それぞれで成績をつける。Iは春A・B,IIは春C・秋A,IIIは秋B・Cに行い,それぞれの区分で1回,1年間に3回発表を行う(「科目概要」と多少異なるので注意してください)。

<2> 評価は,1区分10回のうち欠席0回と1回は「A」,2回は「B」,3回は「C」,4回以上「D」,を基準とし,発表の良し悪しおよび<3>の条件を加味して最終成績とする。(学会,就職活動,病気,等でやむを得ず欠席する場合は指導教員の許可を得て必ず中谷まで連絡してください。)

<3> 質疑応答における発言はプラス評価とする。また,遅刻はマイナス評価とする。



論文の選び方のTIPs:

上記のガイドラインに沿った論文を自分で探すのが原則だが,多くの論文の中からホットな論文を選び出すのはたいへんである。しかし,ホットな話題を紹介する記事からホットな論文を見つけるのは比較的容易である。図書館の雑誌やオンライン・ジャーナルで次のような記事を参照すると選びやすい。
